Step by Step guide of Feedback collection agent

Step 1: Log in

1. Go to shambho.ai.

2. Sign in with your credentials.

3. After logging in, you will land on the Dashboard.

Step 2: Create a Feedback Collection Agent from a Template

1. From the main dashboard, select the Template tab.

2. Locate the Feedback collection card under the "Discover Smart AI Agents Intelligent Automation" section.

3. Click the Copy Agent button. This will create a new agent based on the Feedback collection template.

Step 3: Open and Configure the Feedback Collection Tool

1. After copying the agent, you will be directed to its Tool Management page.

2. You will see a card for the "Feedback collection tool".

3. Click the edit icon (the pencil) on the tool card to configure the information you want to collect.

Step 4: Define Your Feedback Parameters

1. The "Edit Feedback Collection Tool" window will open, showing the "Dynamic Parameters". Each parameter represents a piece of information you want to gather.


2. By default, you can collect Name and Feedback. You can add more parameters (like "rating" or "suggestions") by clicking + Add Parameter. For each parameter, you can set:

Key → The information you are asking for (e.g., Name, Feedback).

Validation → The type of answer you expect (e.g., "Must be a text").

Required → Check this box to make providing this information mandatory.


3. Once you have set up all your parameters, click the Edit button at the bottom right to save your changes.

Step 5: Set the Agent's Conversational Flow

1. From the left menu, click on AI Definition.

2. At the top of the "AI Agent Configuration" page, locate the flow options.

3. Select Simple Flows. This ensures the agent follows a direct script to ask for feedback without deviating from the task.

Step 6: Customize Your Live Chat Appearance

1. In the left-hand navigation menu, click on Channels.

2. A sub-menu will open. Click on Live Chat.

3. Under the Setting tab, adjust the following options. You can see your changes reflected in the live preview on the right.


Company Details:

Company Name: Enter your company's name (e.g., "Akshay_COMPANY").

Tagline: Add a short, welcoming tagline (e.g., "How can we help?").

Header Name & Middle Text: Customize the greeting messages (e.g., "Hi there 👋" and "Hi Welcome To shambho_ai").

Logo Settings: Click Change Logo to add your brand's logo.

Color Customization: Choose your brand's colors for the Background, Button, and Text.

Avatar Settings: Select icons for both the User Avatar and the Admin Avatar.

Modal Design: Choose between a Modern or Classic look for the chat window.


4. Once you are satisfied with the appearance, click the Save Changes button.

Step 7: Test Your Feedback Agent

1. In the left-hand navigation menu, click on Channels.

2. Under the "Channels" section, you will find the Quick Preview box.

3. Copy the provided link

4. Paste this link into a new browser tab or window to start a conversation.

5. Test the agent by answering its questions to ensure it correctly collects the name and feedback as you configured.

Step 8: Deploying and Sharing Your Chatbot

After testing, you can get the code to add the agent to your website or share a link for a live preview.


1. Go back to Channels -> Live Chat.


2. At the top of the Live Chat section, next to the "Settings" tab, click on ModalLink.


3. Choose your preferred method:

Share a Link: Copy the Testing Link and paste it into your browser to see how the chatbot looks live.

Preview on Mobile: Scan the QR Code on the right side to instantly preview the chatbot on a mobile device.

Deploy on Your Website: Copy the Embed Script provided. Paste this script into your website’s HTML code. Once added, your chatbot will go live on your site.
